How Event Logistics Works

Events run on tight schedules. We start with a pre-event plan covering load-in time, venue access, dock scheduling, and load-out. For trade shows we coordinate with the official ISP if needed; for stadium events we work with venue ops directly.

Crews arrive at scheduled windows, set up per plan, and stay through the event for adjustments. After the event, we handle teardown, packout, and return to storage or next venue.
